Job Description:

The role of Generative AI involves:

• Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions
• Designing, describing, and managing the solution
• Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the Proof of Concept (PoC)
• Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders
• Designing chatbot and GenAI architecture

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning
• Familiarity with chatbot development platforms and tools
• Design and implementation skills for conversational experiences
• Ability to create and maintain conversational content
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and conversational design best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
• Technical proficiency and ability to collaborate with technical teams
• Experience with Azure services, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Open AI, and Zammo.ai

• Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days a week in the office)

• Salary: £350.00-£400.00 per day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
