Job Description:

At Genix Healthcare Head Office in Gildersome, Leeds, we are currently seeking an experienced Video Content Creator for our expanding in-house marketing team. The responsibilities of this role include:

1. Conceptualise, plan, and execute visually stunning videography and photography content tailored to each platform’s audience and algorithms.
2. Stay informed about current trends and challenges on Instagram and Tiktok ensuring content remains relevant and engaging to the target audience.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
4. Proactively research and implement innovative techniques to enhance content quality and increase audience engagement.
5. Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant trends and challenges on TikTok.
6. Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.

Requirements:

The qualifications and skills required for this role include:

1. Proven experience as a Videographer or Social Content Creator with a strong portfolio of engaging photography and video content.
2. In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, challenges, and algorithmic preferences.
3. Proficient in using professional camera equipment, video editing software, and graphic design tools. Highly experienced on Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong understanding of social media analytics to track and analyse the performance of content.
6. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving trends and platforms in the social media landscape.

Salary:

From £25,000.00 to £30,000 per year depending on experience.
