Job Description

The role of a Digital Marketing Specialist includes the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and generate leads
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and social media advertising
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media posts, and website content
• Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development teams, to create and optimize landing pages and website user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following experience and skills:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for graphic design and content creation
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
• Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools for extracting insights from large datasets
• Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content
• Proficiency in using WordPress or other content management systems
