Job Description:

A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking a Member Shopping Experience Manager. The successful candidate will work on building editorial experiences across content formats, testing merchandising strategies and reporting, across multiple teams of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns, a track record of goal achievement, tireless attention to detail, and a knack for partnering effectively with other teams. Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in digital publishing or marketing and/or content engagement strategy execution
• Experience A/B testing on the app, web, or email surfaces
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple partners/stakeholders
• Experience with HTML, XML, PHP, CSS
• Experience guiding the development of promotional creative assets
• Solid understanding of web page development/ content management systems
• Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools
• Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and move quickly and proactively to deliver results
• Strong analytical capability and experience managing success metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information:

• Hourly pay: $55-65/hr
• Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 - Hybrid, Open to remote candidates in the United States)
