Job Description

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to assist with social-media advertising and execution of ad campaigns for CBN brands across digital channels. The successful candidate will create and deliver ad campaign insights to the Digital Ads team and brand managers using reporting and analytics tools to assess campaign performance. This is a temporary position in the Development Integration Department for less than 6 months.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, X, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, and Bing
• Experience with CRM systems, integrations, and features preferred
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting along with customer lifecycles
• Strong understanding of social media and ad platform analytics to drive leads, donations, brand awareness including providing recommendations on creative best practices
• Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced organization with high attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside public
• Flexible with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
