Job Description

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating and executing Property Entrepreneur’s annual marketing plan. The primary goal of the role is to deliver qualified leads for the sales team and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and delivering marketing strategies, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, developing a content strategy, and building and developing the marketing team. The Digital Marketing Lead will also be responsible for increasing conversion rates, staying ahead of market trends, and managing partnerships to expand brand reach.

Requirements

• A track record of utilizing digital B2C marketing strategies to deliver sales
• Proficiency in content marketing strategies including email marketing and social media
• Strong technical skills in SEO, SEM, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
• An evidenced-based approach to measurement and achieving targets
• Experience in leadership, team management, and organization
• A passion for marketing, sales, business, and high performance
• Solution-focused, self-organized, and open to continuous learning
• Desirable: Experience in selling online-based services in a related industry
• Desirable: Proven success in building marketing and sales funnels
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
• Desirable: Membership in the Chartered Institute of Marketing or similar

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Lead will work closely with the Managing Director and will be responsible for creating and executing Property Entrepreneur’s annual marketing plan. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver qualified leads for the sales team and ensure the company hits its sales targets. The Digital Marketing Lead will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, oversee all digital marketing initiatives, develop a content marketing strategy, and build and develop the marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of a wide range of digital marketing strategies and a track record of utilizing effective marketing strategies to generate prospects and grow sales. They should have excellent leadership and team management skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for marketing, sales, business, and high performance.

Additional Information

• Salary: £33,000 to £45,000 pro rata, based on 20-25 hours per week (£60,000 to £68,000 FTE)
• Location: East Midlands (UK)/Remote
• Hours: Negotiable
• Reports to: Managing Director
