Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Photographer to join our team. As a Freelance Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that align with our brand and vision. Your role will involve working on various projects, including events, portraits, landscapes, and product photography.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific photography needs
• Plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared
• Capture and edit images using professional photography techniques
• Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends and techniques
• Collaborate with art directors and other team members to ensure the desired outcome is achieved
• Manage post-production processes, including editing, retouching, and color correction
• Deliver final images promptly

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Photography: Proficient in various photography styles and techniques, including composition, lighting, and framing.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for post-processing and editing.
• Color Theory: Understanding of color theory principles to create visually appealing images.
• Capture One: Familiarity with Capture One software for tethered shooting and image management.
• Art Direction: Ability to take direction from art directors and effectively translate their vision into photographs.
• Journalism: Strong storytelling skills through visual imagery to capture the essence of a subject or event.
• Sales: Knowledge of sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of your work to potential clients.
• Post-production: Experience in post-production processes such as retouching, cropping, and enhancing images.
• Adobe Premiere: Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere for creating multimedia content.

Additional Information:

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
