Contract: Part Time, Full Time

Job Description

The Account Manager at Rivet Events is responsible for supporting the client experience by ensuring prompt and seamless communication throughout their journey with the company. They act as a critical link between the Operations and Event Services Departments and provide excellent client care. The Account Manager will oversee client care communication, assist with event planning, and lead event experiences as a DJ, Videographer, Photographer, or Wedding Planner.

Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in both photography and videography, be willing to relocate to Marietta, GA, and have the ability to work in person.

Other Information

  • Reports To: Creative Lead (or Operations Manager in the absence of Creative Lead)
  • Hourly Pay: $20 - $35
  • Account Manager Bonus: $50 based on 5-star review
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
