Job Description
We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our VS UK Marketing Team, working primarily on digital assets across multiple categories within Victoria’s Secret, including lingerie, sleepwear, beauty, and our VS sister brand PINK. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, creating inspiring assets and content for social media, digital advertising, in-store digital content, and marketing events. They will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and creating stylish designs that incorporate video, motion graphics, and typography. The role reports into our Channel & Content Lead and works closely with the Senior Creative Designer.
Requirements
- Sufficient experience working on digital and social campaigns, preferably for a fashion/beauty/lifestyle brand
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of After Effects and experience creating video/motion assets for social media
- Strong knowledge of Sketch/Figma/XD/Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
- Interest in new technology, processes, and developments in the field
- Understanding of building emails in HTML is desirable
- Good knowledge of current creative digital and fashion trends
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, best practices, and user experience
- Ability to work across multiple brands and interpret brand guidelines
- Experience or interest in exploring new programs in creative design

- The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract
- The working style is hybrid, combining remote and in-office work
- The role reports into the Channel & Content Lead and works closely with the Senior Creative Designer
