Job Description
Blizzard Entertainment is seeking a dedicated 3D animator to join our Cinematics team and help create the next generation of Epic animated films. The role of the cinematic animator is to bring characters to life through high-quality animation, showcasing a mastery of skills and a passion for the craft.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following:
- Strong skills in 3D character animation
- Demonstrable experience in creating high-quality cinematic animations
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max)
- In-depth knowledge of animation principles and techniques
- Excellent understanding of storytelling and character development
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from a creative team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver animations on time
- Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of Blizzard’s game universes
