Job Description

We are looking for a suitable developer or small development team for a large-scale website development project for a Glasgow-based cultural events charity, Glasgow Doors Open Days Festival. The project involves building a new website for the festival, with a deadline for completion in the latter half of March 2024. The ideal candidate(s) should have experience with Wordpress, WP-related PHP programming, Elementor page builder, and MySQL database operations. They should be comfortable building a Wordpress site with a bespoke theme and centralized stylesheeting, covering Elementor and WP PHP-theme based templates.

Requirements

• Experienced grasp on Wordpress, WP-related PHP programming, Elementor page builder, and MySQL database operations
• Comfortable building out a Wordpress site with a bespoke theme and centralized stylesheeting
• General understanding of the work involved
• Ability to provide an accurate quote for the project
• Ability to work within the proposed timeline
• Ideally based in the UK, preferably Scotland

Additional Information

• The suggested rate is £30, but other rates would be considered
• Candidates should provide an overall estimate based on an hourly rate
