Our team is in search of a dynamic and passionate Short Form Video Editor to enhance our post-production department. The primary duty of this position involves crafting individualized videos for four distinct client brands, ensuring each piece reflects their unique identity. This includes meticulous work in video splicing, editing, and incorporating suitable graphics into each short video project. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be an integral part of both the production and post-production teams. Your role demands a blend of creativity and simplicity, with a keen understanding of the elements vital for engaging short form content—captivating hooks, precise pacing, structured narrative, fitting music, and appropriate graphics. We expect you to have a proven track record of success in this field, evidenced by measurable advancements made in past projects you’ve managed.

Responsibilities:

• Editing 28 short form videos per week (Even split between 4 clients)
• Track performance of your videos
• Pay close attention to comments on your videos
• Staying on top of trends on the various platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Results:

• Clients see an increase in views by 15% week-over-week
• Clients achieve 100k views/week minimum - 1 million views/week+
• Content is well received by audience and engagement rises (comments, likes, shares)
• A 2 week buffer is maintained
• Content represents the clients brand message & tone

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in short form editing
• Understanding of graphic creation, sound selection, and story pacing
• Proven track record of viral videos
• 1000+ videos edited in past 2 years
• Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Telegram)
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change
