About the Role

LLUK is seeking a dynamic freelance content creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our brand presence, contributing to our recruitment strategy, and showcasing the possibilities within the manufacturing industry primarily on TikTok and Instagram.

What We Need from You

Content Creation: Develop and produce captivating TikTok videos that align with LLUK’s brand image. Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure content meets brand and marketing objectives.

Scripting and Storyboarding: Plan, write, and storyboard content that effectively communicates our brand’s message while being relatable, entertaining, informative, or humorous.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and adapt content to incorporate relevant trends to maximize reach and engagement.

Filming and Editing: Collect and edit high-quality video or photography content for TikTok and other social media platforms. Film, edit, and post visually appealing TikTok videos using smartphones or professional equipment. Utilize TikTok editing features and third-party tools.

Optimization: Understand TikTok’s algorithm and optimize content to increase visibility through relevant hashtags, captions, and engagement with trending sounds and effects.

Compliance: Ensure all content follows TikTok’s guidelines, community standards, and adheres to legal and ethical considerations.

Positive Persona and Flexibility: Bring a positive and proactive attitude to the role, push creative boundaries, and embrace changing timelines. Translate marketing briefs into engaging creative solutions and foster collaborative relationships across departments.

Requirements

- Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio of TikTok videos or similar social media platforms

- Strong video editing skills and proficiency with relevant software/tools

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with LLUK departments and employees

- Proficiency with analytics tools to track and measure content performance
