Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials for classroom and online learning environments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of instructional materials.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite or other design software to create visually appealing and engaging learning materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality instructional materials.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to instructional materials.
• Write clear and concise instructional content, including scripts, storyboards, and assessments.
• Proofread and edit instructional materials for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Apply principles of adult education to create learner-centered instructional materials.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing for Desire2Learn (D2L) Learning Management System.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
• Ability to write clear and concise instructional content that is easy to understand.
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

• Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
