Job Description:

Salon Boss Marketing is a new and upcoming digital marketing agency for professionals and brands in the beauty industry. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to gain valuable marketing experience and knowledge while growing with a new and upcoming company.

This opportunity is ideal for UX graphic designers who are interested in being on the ground floor of a marketing agency startup. As a ground floor member, you will be provided the opportunity to quickly move up as the company grows and scales. You will be designing for our projects and should be able to take direction but also hold your own.

Fluency in English, strong written communication, and the ability to jump on Zooms and calls is essential. The candidate should be available to work 5 days a week. The position is part-time with an expected workload of 20 hours per week.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to think outside the square, be organized and detail-oriented, and have experience in cohesive design. You should be fluent with design software, specifically Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong interest in graphic design, typography, and new design trends is also required.

Special projects may require flexibility to research and engage. You may also be required to participate in team product and design meetings and organize resources for content initiatives.

Opportunities for growth with the company are available. After the 6-month probationary period, you will have an opportunity to join the company full-time under a paid salary position with a flexible schedule.

Local candidates in St. George, Utah are preferred.

Requirements:

• 3 years of graphic design experience
• 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• 3 years of experience with Figma

Other Information:

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience level: 3 years

Schedule: Monday to Friday
