Job Description

At Seasalt, the Junior Creative Designer will collaborate with the Creative Graphics Team to develop the visual direction of the brand. They will support the design and production of briefs, ensuring they are delivered within agreed time frames and consistent with brand guidelines. The Junior Creative Designer will produce print and digital concepts that represent the brand’s look and feel, considering the customer and sales targets.

This role is a fixed-term maternity cover contract, expected to last 12 months.

Requirements

• A Graphic Design degree or equivalent is advantageous
• Interest and proven experience in email and social media design
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest or experience in Animation
• Awareness or experience of FIGMA
• Naturally creative with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Good communication skills with key stakeholders
• An eye for color, composition, and typography

• This role will be based flexibly across the Cornwall head office locations and remote work within the UK
