Job Description:

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for applying strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences. This includes creating user interface designs and architectures that adhere to usability best practices and standards. The designer should also be able to come up with creative and innovative solutions within a given timeline and scope. They will contribute to the development of the creative team’s culture and quality standards and effectively communicate the conceptual vision to inspire the team.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of design principles and methods
• Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results
• Expertise in leading, creating, and evangelizing experience strategies, principles, and ideal states
• Expert communicator, presenter, influencer, and negotiator with designers and non-designers alike
• Expertise in executing ideas and concepts through sketching, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
• A dazzling online portfolio demonstrating strong craft and collaborative process
