Job Description:

A Paid Ads Manager is required to manage client accounts for a growing digital marketing agency with 12+ clients in the UK home improvement industry. The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing PPC campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, producing client reports, and working with other freelancers to optimize landing pages and advert designs.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience with automation software such as Zapier & Go High Level
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably agency-side)
• Proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads and all paid social platforms
• Google Adwords certification is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Strong track record in managing small to medium-sized budgets
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio

Working hours:

This is a part-time position on a freelance basis. Availability for client calls and meetings during UK office hours is required. The job is mostly remote, but the candidate will be required to come to the WeWork office in Manchester 2 days a month.

Other Information:

• Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 per week
