Job Description

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. Someone who tracks Instagram features, is obsessed with X’s trending topics, and has already tried the latest TikTok. You will also be responsible for making drinks as this is the core of our business.

Responsibilities:

• A passion for Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Brainstorm video content ideas to drive metrics.
• Take pictures and film videos (must be comfortable in front of a camera).
• Responsible for a high volume of content creation, reel, pictures, etc.
• Ensure brand consistency through messaging.
• Work with store managers to plan a content calendar for the week, and publish posts accordingly.
• Understand the interests and behaviors of our customers and how to best connect with them and keep them engaged.
• Partner with the store manager and escalate negative reviews for resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in handling replies on social media platforms.
• Experience wearing both creative and analytical hats.
• Experience with social analytics and copywriting.
• 3+ years of experience running Social channels for brands.
• Experience spotting opportunities as they arise in response to cultural, media, or market trends.
• Experience in publishing and managing a content calendar.
• Experience prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and adapting with changing priorities.
• Experience with various editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, TikTok editor, CapCut, etc.
• Able to operate the cash register.

Additional Information:

• Prepare food and drinks as per Boba Nation guidelines.
• Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the work stations and kitchen area.
• Possess a strong sense of teamwork.
