BruntWork - Social Media Manager (Video and Reels)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20+ hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 4 pm - 9 pm
• Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Edit raw dance class footage and create engaging social media content including reels and graphics
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with current trends and target demographics
• Schedule and post content consistently across multiple social media platforms
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
• Conduct outreach to influencers and join relevant groups/communities to build brand awareness
• Create and send message blasts to build connections and generate leads
• Provide regular reporting on social media performance, conversion tracking, and demographic insights
• Coordinate with existing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging

Scope:

• Work within client’s existing processes and systems
• Access to raw footage, graphics, and brand materials through shared folders

Requirements:

• Experience with video editing software and creating social media content (portfolio required)
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific best practices
• Strong understanding of community engagement strategies
• Ability to maintain consistent posting schedules and manage multiple platforms
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent written communication skills for customer interactions
