Job Description

This is a 12-month part-time contract or permanent part-time role for a Senior Art Director for 22.5 hours per week to work remotely – however, you will need to be based in or around Auckland to attend meetings as required. In this role, you will work independently and lead a tight-knit team of in-house and freelance content professionals to plan, produce and deliver high-quality creative outputs for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Delivering Creative Content
• Translating client briefs accurately
• Translating marketing objectives into innovative and creative products
• Determining project needs and resources from conception to completion
• Establishing, managing, and maintaining creative direction and goals for specific projects
• Evaluating and altering project content
• Working with budget and deadline expectations to manage resources
• Overseeing photo and video shoots
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing creative team
• Engaging clients and managing project progress

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of Art Direction experience in marketing/advertising
• Strong work ethic and proven ability to deliver results
• Adaptable and authentic manager
• Proficient in Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe After Effects
• Demonstrable passion for social media
