Job Description

Ouu i love is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Creative Designer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including graphic design, branding, packaging design, website design, and editing. You will work closely with our Founder and Marketing Manager to gain practical skills and contribute to the success of our clients.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in graphic design, editing, and related areas
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong eye for color and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends
• Ability to work in-house in Whittier, CA

Responsibilities

• Designing graphics for various purposes, including social media, branding, marketing collateral, packaging, logos, and website design
• Curating Pinterest mood boards for brand inspiration
• Developing informative brand guidelines decks for clients
• Designing compelling logos for clients
• Designing brand marketing emails adhering to brand guidelines
• Creating websites for clients using Shopify’s template-based design system
• Designing primary and secondary packaging for various brands
• Editing videos and retouching photography
• Creating GIFs and custom AR filters for social media
• Developing marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, business cards, and flyers

Additional Information

• Position: Junior Creative Graphic Designer
• Employment Type: Contract to Full Time Non-Exempt Employment after 60 Days
• Hours: 30-40hrs/week
• Schedule: M-F | 9:30AM-6PM
• Location: In-Person; Hybrid Remote
• Pay: Starting at $17-$18.50 per hour DOE
