Job Description:

McKinley Marketing Partners is seeking talented Video Producers on a project basis. The Video Producers will collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts, write scripts, direct and oversee the production process, manage the editing process, and ensure that all videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines. They will also be responsible for keeping projects on track and within budget by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Additionally, the Video Producers will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video producer, at least 10 years, preferably in a creative agency or production company
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives
• Proficiency in scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming techniques, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• A portfolio of previous work demonstrating video production skills and creative vision
• Able to travel to shoots
