Job Description
We are seeking a part-time responsible candidate to join our growing sports videography company. The role involves filming sports events in the Metro Detroit area. The position is for freelance independent contractors and requires availability typically from Wednesday to Sunday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being the busiest days.
Requirements
- Camera that films in 1080p or higher
- 2 SD Cards
- Tripod
- Back up battery and charger
- Cell phone with GPS
- Reliable transportation
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Experience with filming action sports preferred
- Ability to adapt to last-minute scheduling changes
Other Information
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities
- Experience: Filming - 1 year required
- Willingness to travel: 100% required
