Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI designer to lead the customer experience for the TPG Imagine Programme digital experience. You will be involved in purchase and checkout experiences while also considering the broader customer journey across TPG Networks and brands. Mentoring junior team members will be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX delivery teams
- Strong understanding of end-to-end UX process and frameworks
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Miro
- Experience in responsive web or native apps design
- Ability to work in mixed delivery model environments (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product owners, Copywriters, Visual designers, Engineers)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Data-driven approach and experience with UX research methodologies
- University Degree in Design or applicable UX academies
