Job Description:

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is seeking Media Pros to capture photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, and more for real estate. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media on a per-service basis. Media Pros work part-time as independent contractors with flexible hours and the opportunity for advancement by completing certifications and increasing availability.

Requirements:

• Interact professionally with clients and homeowners
• Arrive on time for scheduled shoots
• Dress professionally
• Upload media before 9PM on the day of the shoot
• Maintain a flexible schedule
• Keep a current Google calendar of availability
• Travel up to 30-40% of the workday
• Adhere to NDP shoot flow and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and local team
• Obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone flight
• Receive regular feedback/training on NDP standards

Equipment List:

• Digital SLR or mirrorless camera with wide angle lens
• External flash, Tripod, Ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation, High-speed internet

Other Information:

• Job Type: Part-time, Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
• Compensation package: 1099 contract, Paid per project
• Schedule: Choose your own hours, Day shift, Mon-Fri, On-call, Weekends as needed
• Experience: 1 year in photography required, FAA Part 107 license preferred
• Work Location: On the road
