This includes creating engaging content, monitoring trends, interacting with followers, and collaborating with teams to ensure brand consistency. Additionally, analyzing metrics to optimize performance and staying updated on industry trends are essential responsibilities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices is crucial. Proficiency in social listening, content creation, community management, Adobe Creative Suite, clear communication skills, influencer relationship management, Google Analytics, and SEO principles is required. Knowledge of public relations principles and strong research skills for industry trends and competitor activities are preferred.
