Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer, AMER based (East to West coast), to join our pool of freelancing consultants who work remotely. This is an opportunity to lead projects that require communication and messaging skills as well as design and user research experience. You’ll get to work alongside a team of brilliant designers, researchers, and consultants on projects for some of the best companies in the world.

• UX Design — To define user flows and work on messaging strategy across multiple channels to deliver results.
• User Research — Responsible for conducting usability tests and research to impact project outcomes.

• Strong communication skills — Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to build relationships — Understand the importance of building strong client relationships.
• Efficiency — Deliver solutions on time.
• Prototyping skills — Understand user-centered mindset and test content.
• Technology know-how — Comfortable discussing web and mobile technologies.

Bonus Points

• In excess of five years of experience working with UX teams.
• Delivered tangible results for businesses and organizations.
• Experience setting up UX projects and facilitating client workshops.
• Exposure to Salesforce products.
