Job Description
Location preference: Seattle, WA or Austin , TX or any other Company office in the US. The responsibilities include:
- Leading the design process for effective solutions across multiple projects
- Communicating user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes
- Advocating for the design process across teams
- Ensuring a detailed approach to design
- Collaborating with development teams for design implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX product designer
- Ability to work independently and seek feedback
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, Sketch, etc.
- Portfolio demonstrating product design experience
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Additional Information
Preferred qualifications include experience in a large organization, understanding of development tools, familiarity with scrum/agile processes, working with Jira or similar tools, knowledge of networking protocols and cloud technologies. Tasks also involve conducting user studies to improve the user experience through actionable changes in the UI.
