Job Description

• Candidates will work under the direction of the project’s Technical Lead and Application Architect to write, test, and document code to implement system features and enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS3 including Bootstrap, and JavaScript
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, style guide development, and implementation
• Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design, SaaS UI design patterns, and interactions
• Proficiency in tools like Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD (Prefer Axure), Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git
• Knowledge and experience in digital accessibility, disability inclusion, regulations like Section 508, ADA, WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
• Experience in creating user experience and interaction designs meeting accessibility guidelines, designing for platform technologies, and conducting inclusive user research and testing
• Preferred: Experience in incorporating accessibility requirements into design documents, conducting usability tests with participants with disabilities

Work Details

• Work hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with lunch break, totaling 40 hours/week
• Majority remote work with occasional in-person meetings or training required
• Selected candidates must provide completed PATCH check and work authorization done at vendor expense
• On-site work location is a secured floor; candidates must pay for a badge on the first day of work
