Our high-performance creative agency is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! The Digital Marketing Specialist will support, execute, and drive digital marketing and content strategy for clients, leveraging industry insights and brand development methodology. This role involves building internal capabilities and influencing our brand directly.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in managing organic marketing campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong content generation skills
• Proven ROI in digital marketing channels
• Deep understanding of split testing, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and KPIs
• Experience with Hubspot or CRM software preferred
• Experience within Technology/SaaS, finance, fintech, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Positive and action-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Create content for brand awareness, demand, and conversions
• Recommend and execute content strategies
• Understand buyer personas to tailor content
• Provide monthly KPIs and action plans for growth
• Assist throughout multiple campaign stages
• Stay current with client-related trends and best practices

• Position is on a per-project contract basis with the potential to transition into a part-time role
