Job Description:
Nest Property Marketing is seeking a talented freelance photographer and videographer responsible for creating high-quality videography and photography content across various digital platforms. This role includes editing photos/videos using Adobe Creative Suite, managing digital files, sketching floorplans, and supporting client handling teams. The candidate should be comfortable capturing commercial/residential properties and maintaining a professional attitude while working with clients and subjects.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in photography and videography, especially in property capture and creating cinematic brand/hero films. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Adobe Premiere for post-production and editing is required. Industry experience in creating social content, videography, photography, or equivalent creative/graphic design field is essential. Other desired qualifications include impeccable time-management skills, a drone license or experience, and a full UK driving license. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in both photography and videography.

Job Type: Freelance
Salary: From £30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
Experience: Photography: 2 years (required), Videography: 2 years (required)
Location: In-person role in Livingston; candidate must be able to commute to Livingston or relocate before starting work
