Job Description

Clutch Creative, a rapidly growing staffing agency, is looking for an Art Director with Experiential experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with clients to develop creative concepts for experiential marketing campaigns, events, installations, and activations. They will lead a team of creative professionals, ensuring projects align with brand objectives and are executed with excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Art Director, Experience Designer, or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully executing experiential marketing campaigns with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and the ability to bring abstract ideas to life through experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools like AirTable.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling experiences.
