Job Description

At Havenly, we believe in making space for better living. We are currently seeking experienced Interior Designers in Connecticut and surrounding areas to provide modern, custom, in-person design services. This freelance position involves working with local clients in Stamford, Connecticut to understand their design preferences, create mood boards, design concepts, source furniture & decor, and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

  • A degree in Interior Design from an accredited program is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an interior designer, working with clients virtually and in-person.
  • Strong communication and industry-professional presence.
  • Comfortable using online technologies for concept boards, 3D renderings, and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and design work.
  • Passion, drive, and product knowledge to achieve creative results.
  • Ability to source furnishing and decor across various vendors and price points.
  • Access to reliable transportation, computer with video conferencing capabilities, and Photoshop license/Canva account.

Additional Details

  • Freelance position for Interior Designers in the Connecticut area.
  • Need a personal computer with macOS Big Sur or Windows 10/11 for Havenly platform.
  • Compensation includes pay per project, commission, and bonus.
  • Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
