Job Description

Our client, the market leader in online organic cosmetic formulation education, is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and manage marketing efforts including launches, content creation, community engagement, social media, and data analysis. You will play a crucial role in driving the business’s growth and nurturing its platform.

• Manage and optimize all funnels to meet company goals.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategy to drive traffic, leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Lead multiple product launches annually and integrate AI into marketing operations.
• Drive the PR strategy to secure features in publications, podcasts, and events.
• Analyze data across various marketing channels and areas.
• Attend live events in the UK and internationally as needed.
• Manage and mentor a globally distributed marketing team.

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager with an online organization.
• Demonstrated team and project management skills.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in data analysis and communication.
• Passion for the organic formulation sector.
• Willingness to learn about formulation basics.
• Flexibility with working hours, including outside core hours if needed.
