Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Theater Production Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our theater production, contributing to the success of our performances. - Collaborate with the production team to bring the vision of the play to life
- Assist with set construction, prop management, and stage preparation
- Coordinate costume changes and ensure smooth transitions during performances
- Support actors backstage by providing props and assisting with quick changes
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of backstage areas
- Attend rehearsals and contribute creative ideas to enhance the production
Requirements
- Passion for theater and understanding of theatrical productions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Additional Information
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Schedule: 4-hour shift, weekends as needed, weekends only
- Supplemental pay types: Tips
- Work Location: In person
