Job Description:
As an AI & ML Engineer at RevOpsforce, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients’ revenue operations through the application of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of experts to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand clients’ revenue operations challenges that can be addressed using AI and ML technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement AI and ML models that generate actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights that inform AI model development.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and availability for model training and deployment.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI and ML models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability in real-world scenarios.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to enhance our solution offerings.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to promote best practices within the AI and ML team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI and ML engineering, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying successful AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch), and natural language processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in relevant libraries and tools for data manipulation and model development.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI models at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within project deadlines.
