Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and developing email campaigns, maintaining data quality in the marketing database, analyzing campaign performance, leveraging the marketing database for targeting, and ensuring compliance with opt-in policies and brand standards.

Requirements

• Experience using Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, or similar marketing automation tool at an administrator level
• 2-3 years of experience developing multiple email campaigns from design to execution
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) in email marketing
• Working knowledge of CMS (e.g. WordPress) and CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Prior experience in digital marketing, preferably in a business-to-business environment

Regulatory Responsibilities

Adherence to the FCA’s Conduct Rules and understanding of basic standards of good personal conduct.

• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with numbers and turning data into actionable insights
• Enthusiastic about digital marketing and new technologies
• Spoken and written English proficiency required; additional languages a plus
