Job Description

• Clarify business objectives for the product and project
• Learn about different facets of the industry and business acumen of the organization
• Develop artifacts like project plans, diagrams, journeys, conceptual prototypes
• Identify opportunities by merging business requirements and customer needs
• Manage trade-offs between business objectives and UX decisions

Requirements:

• Strategist with ability to model and communicate complex systems and concepts
• Comfortable working closely with Researchers for customer feedback and analytics
• Curious about customer needs, technology, and industry innovations
• Stay up to date with industry developments and platforms
• Skilled at connecting teams, aligning business and customer goals, and problem-solving

Nice to Have Skills:

• Strong communicator and methodologist
• Excellent facilitator for workshops and stakeholder alignment
• Ability to work individually and utilize teams when necessary
• Capability to commission customer encounters and co-design sessions
