My client, a rising cosmetics brand, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager EMEA with CRM experience for a 3-month FTC based in Watford. The role involves collaborating with the global brand team to plan, brief, and execute engaging D2C campaigns to meet commercial objectives. Responsibilities include managing website content, ensuring it is updated and tailored to target audiences to drive conversion and sales. The role also entails overseeing copy production, maintaining brand alignment, and enhancing customer engagement leading to increased purchases.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end marketing campaign planning and execution. Proficiency in setting up products and content on an ecommerce platform is necessary, with Shopify Plus knowledge being beneficial but not mandatory. Expertise in Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools, along with a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices, is essential for success in this role.

Additional Information:

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days a week and involves close collaboration with the global brand team to drive commercial success through engaging D2C campaigns and optimized website content. The role requires hands-on management of high-quality copy and a keen focus on customer engagement and increasing sales.
