Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant at Shiseido, you will support Brand Managers and Marketing executives in maximizing company profits, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns. You will gain a holistic view of the organization through networking and collaborating with various departments.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Trade Marketing:

• Review launch plans and marketing calendars
• Manage an updated database for all animations and budgets
• Distribute brand assets and guidelines to Retail Managers

Administrative Support:

• Manage Marketing team’s online files
• Create and follow up on PO’s and invoices
• Assist with forecasting and tracking of marketing materials
• Social Media/eRetail:
• Create and distribute assets to internal teams and retailers
• Update digital assets on e-commerce sites
• Merchandising:
• Assist with requests for local production of POS materials
• Track and manage marketing POSM inventory
• Miscellaneous/Ad Hoc:
• Handle other duties or projects as assigned

Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders

• Collaborate with Marketing Director, Product Managers, Design & Merchandising Manager, and Sales Team.

Qualifications & Competencies

• High School Diploma

• Interest in the beauty industry

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
