Job Description

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, shape and validate solutions, and balance business goals with user expectations. • Lead and execute UX research for various projects
• Provide research insights to support business and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience vision
• Promote inclusive user research and accessibility
• Build relationships across the business to inform product strategy
• Encourage team participation in UX research and workshops
• Provide feedback to strengthen the team and organization
• Support and mentor other researchers
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX research on digital products
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience in evaluative research, usability testing, and Agile environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and external agencies
• Experience with online research tools and data analysis
• Knowledge of research with people with disabilities is a plus
