Job Description

The Tech Support and Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the practice’s technological infrastructure and enhancing its digital presence. Responsibilities include managing tech platforms, maintaining websites, providing support, and driving digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Background check clearance
• Prior experience with Squarespace domains and backends.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with Therapy Flow CRM.
• Experience with Monday.com or Asana for workflow management.
• Knowledge of privacy solutions like Paubox integration.
• Experience working with healthcare companies and HIPAA/PHI.
• Familiarity with Bamboo HR and Trainual onboarding platform.
• Ability to develop standard operating procedures for organizational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Google Forms, Typeform, and Form Publisher.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
• Availability during specific EST hours on weekdays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Copywriting skills for digital marketing materials.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and strategies.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or mental health industry.
• Ability to set up and analyze Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Familiarity with tools like Jupiter, Canva, etc.

Other Details

• Compensation: $25 per hour
• Part-time position with 15 hours per week, potential for additional hours.
• Remote position with flexibility in hours and location.
• Benefits include flexible schedule, health insurance, and paid time off.
• Shift availability required: Day Shift (9-12 EST or 12-3 EST Monday to Friday)
