Job Description

The Senior Researcher will lead, manage, and execute qualitative and quantitative research to understand the audio consumer, landscape, and develop new audio products and features. They will serve as a strategic insights partner, design and conduct various studies, manage the research process, work closely with teams, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with generative and evaluative user research methodologies

- Expertise in gathering and analyzing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods data

- Experience with different user interfaces like visual, voice-based, and gestures

- Proficient in fast-paced iterative design and development processes

- Strong data visualization and presentation skills

- MA/MS or Ph.D in behavioral science or related fields

- Experience in conducting research in entertainment or automotive industries is a plus

- Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.

Other Information

- Base salary for the position expected to be in the range of $60/hr to $75/hr

- Compensation considerations include background and experience

- Role might be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives
