Job Description

The Digital Content Creator will assist the Marketing Manager in implementing the Social Media Strategy, creating digital assets such as graphics, videos, and photos, engaging with social media audiences, and producing monthly newsletters for internal and external distribution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a creative digital role
• Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok
• Experience in growing online following and engagement
• Familiarity with Marketing Ethics and online safety
• Skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse backgrounds
• Understanding of GDPR and Safeguarding principles
• Commitment to professional integrity and client-focused service
• Desirable qualification: Experience in the Charity sector and asset-based community development
