Job Description
The Sage Group’s client is seeking a video editor to join their studio and video production program. The ideal candidate should have solid video production principles and at least 5 years of video editing experience. The responsibilities include editing various video content, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining an editor calendar, and ensuring archival of media.
Requirements
- Proficient in video editing software and fundamentals, with motion graphics proficiency preferred
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Software
- Knowledge of cinematography, lighting, audio, and color grading practices
- Ability to work with multiple camera source files and grasp the client’s voice in each edit
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience using Frame.io for review purposes and receiving feedback
- Familiarity with production/video camera operation, studio lights, and audio equipment is a plus
Location
Hybrid remote/onsite position based in Redwood City.
Duration
From May 1st to January 30th with a possibility of extension or conversion.
Compensation
$71.50/hr
