Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior User Experience Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the user experience of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality user-centered designs
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and goals
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and methodologies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design principles and methodologies
- Proficient in designing for mobile applications across multiple platforms
- Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with data visualization and designing complex information architectures
- Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Drupal is a plus
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure or similar
