Job Description
The Advancement Web Designer and Developer will be responsible for updating and evolving the advancement giving site to drive donor support for various programs at the University of Utah and University of Utah Health. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient operation of each area’s giving page, building new pages for philanthropic outreach, maintaining web functionality, and adhering to brand and industry standards.
Requirements
The minimum qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2-4 years of web design experience, and familiarity with standard concepts and procedures in the field. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, user-centered design principles, web accessibility requirements, image editing, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are also desired.
