Job Description

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the analytical understanding of customer behavior and sales trends and performance.
• Build Statistical AI/ML models to understand sales trends, predict customer purchase behavior, multi-touch attribution models, and campaign/offer propensity models.
• Communicate insights and opportunities with executives and internal teams.
• Integrate event data with other customer data sources such as campaigns and ad publishers.
• Support reporting and business intelligence needs of the marketing team.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate marketing spend efficiency, build reporting infrastructure, and assist in optimizing growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building Statistical AI/ML models, with a total of 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in coding skills such as SQL/Python and database knowledge.
• Experience in A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation.
• Skilled in building propensity, predictive forecasting, and multi-touch attribution models.
• Experience in campaign, measurement, and/or digital marketing analytics.
