Job Description

Visual Designers focus on creating beautiful and user-friendly products by combining iconography, typography, color, imagery, and layout. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design seamless and engaging user experiences across various platforms. The position emphasizes the creation and implementation of design systems and guidance for consistent user interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, interaction design, and/or product design
• 4+ years of experience creating digital prototypes and collaborating with developers
• Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, content strategy)
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of technical constraints for designing across desktop and mobile platforms
• Demonstrated leadership in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered design process
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

Other Information

• The position is onsite in specified locations
• Contract duration is from ASAP to the end of Dec 2024
• Anticipated pay range is $32.69-$53.08 per hour
